GIRONDIN
CLASSIC ROOTS.
A new approach.
Girondin brings together equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from Bordeaux. First fermented as a wine, it then goes through a careful dealcoholization process.
Vacuum distillation under low pressure gently reduces the alcohol while aiming to preserve the wine’s original aromas and flavours. The resulting wine contains 0.5% ABV.
From vineyard to a new chapter.
50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on limestone and clay soils.
The wine develops its character before the alcohol is reduced.
Low-pressure vacuum distillation brings the alcohol content to 0.5% ABV.
DARK FRUIT.
GENTLE SPICE.
Deep ruby in the glass, with blackcurrant, ripe cherry and plum aromas. Cedar, dried herbs and gentle spice add depth to a smooth, balanced palate and a long finish.
